Created in colloboration between the master disitllers, blenders and apprentivces at the legendary 18th Century Midelton Distillery in Cork, Ireland, Method and Madness is an experimental project at the facilities micro distillery designed to push the boundaries of flavor in Irish Whiskey. This release was aged in American Bourbon casks with a portion of whiskey aged in French Limousin Oak casks blended in.
