About the Producer

Patrick Piuze Chablis, France Patrick Piuze was born in 1973. He is Canadian, from Quebec, and born into a middle class family with no ties to the viticultural world. As a young adult, he met Marc Chapoutier. The famous vigneron from Southern Rhône changed his life. With his help, Patirck gained his first viticultural experiences.
