Domaine Tour Campanets is nestled between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon. This is an easy drinking red wine based mostly on the Counoise grape variety alongside Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are over 30 years old, planted in clay and chalk-based soils, and the wine was fermented in tank. Pair with stuffed eggplant and black olives.

Counoise

Grown mostly in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this red variety is authorized for inclusion in many of the red blends of the southern Rhône valley. It adds bright acidity and often a peppery flavor note.
