From the Côtes de Bergerac comes this grand red wine made of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. The vines are planted in clay and chalk-based soils giving this robust red wine a supple mineral and fruitiness. After fermentation, the wine was aged in barrel (1/3 new) for 16 months before bottling. Pair with smoked prime rib and roasted baby potatoes.
