A dry white wine that's easy to drink with abundant orchard fruit and a golden hue. No sulphur was added to this German wine that's made from the local Johanniter grape. Just right on the palate with lower alcohol too, 10%. The Johanniter grape is a cross of Riesling and Seyve-Villard. Fresh with structure and mineral. Pair with scallops.
