An extraordinary red Bordeaux at a lower degree of alcohol, 9.5%, from being slightly dealcoholized. The grapes were hand harvested and then fermented in amphorae before bottling. This is an unoaked wine that's juicy on the palate. This low alcohol red is lithe and easy to drink with aromas of red and dark berries. Pair with marinated flank steak.
