A richly colored, dry, full-bodied red blend of Tannat and Cabernet Franc from vines over 60 years old. This single vineyard expression, from clay, limestone, and gravel soils, ferments and ages on the lees for 16 months in new oak. With aromas of stewed black fruits, herbs, sweet spices, and integrated tannins, this will pair well with cassoulet.
