A Super Tuscan blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Sauvignon from two estates in Chianti. This dry red spent 18 months in 2/3 new oak barriques separately before being blended and aged in concrete for an additional 3 months. The wine is bottle-aged for one year before release. Pair this bold and spicy red with peposo.
