Rully Blanc 1er Cru, "Rabourcé", Dom. de Villaine - 2020

Item # 50296 750 mL

Vineyards were first planted here in the 12th century by the monks of abbey of Cluny. The winery was refurbished by Aubert de Villaine in the 1970s, and its pedigree could not be more esteemed. From vines up to 50 years old, malolactic fermentation was allowed. About 10% new oak was used, and the wine aged for 18 months in foudre. Pair with veal in cream sauce.
