CASK 23, made only in exceptional vintages, is a blend of the best fruit from the S.L.V. and FAY vineyards, including some from the original 1972 vines. Each batch is vinified and aged separately for 24 months in French oak before being blended to create CASK 23. This vintage combines the perfumes of FAY and minerality of S.L.V to create a wine that is bright, lively, spicy, and silky in texture.
