This historic parcel is named after the colleges surrounding the bishop of Autun during the 13th Century. With an average age of 50 years, these old vines of Pinot Noir grow on reddish brown soils with flint and limestone. Medium-bodied with dark fruit and spice aromas, this has a mineral backbone and elegant tannins. Pair with Beijing roast duck.
