Margherita Otto is a relatively new winery located in Monforte d'Alba founded by Alan Manley. He worked at the Bartolo Mascarello estate which is clearly where he was influenced by the less common practice of blending parcels from different vineyards in Monforte d'Alba, Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d'Alba.

Piedmont

The most famous grape in Piedmont is the noble Nebbiolo, which makes the long-lived Barolo and Barbaresco.
