A producer that is making waves in whisky circles for their no nonsense, boldly flavored whiskies. Named after the Eifel region of Germany where this is made, known for its densely wooded and mountainous terrain, this batch was made from 40% malted barley, 40% wheat & 20% peated barley (35ppm). The unpeated components where aged in first fill red wine Bordeaux Casks while the peated component was aged in ex-sherry. The whiskies were aged for a minimum of 7yrs prior to being married for this release. Limited.
