Jung One Single Malt Korean Gin

It's only their inaugural effort but we can confidently say this is one of the most special gins we have come across. Starting first with a base of single malt spirit, pre-aging, that they then use for their remarakable whisky, local fresh botanicals like perilla leaf, chopi berry, pine needle and baby ginseng are the focus here. The classic gin botanicals are fully represented as well and what you end up getting is a gin that strikes the perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The spirit is so well balanced its tempting to siply sip this one, but like all gins, the magic really happens when you mix it up. Highly recommended.
