Very Olde St. Nick 18yr Ancient Rye Whiskey

All of these St nicks are ultra scarce but especially the rye as the Van Winkle and KBD sourced ryes were always limited and very special. This one here is the very same early 1980s distilled Cream of Kentucky Rye that went into the very fist Sazerac 18s in the early 2000s - this one however is bottled at barrel proof! These bottlings were essentially 'Pappy for the Japanese Market' and indeed the older and original bottlings like this one came from the same sources. This is easily one of the rarest ones, With these older bottlings there will almost always be some cracking of the wax seals which is natural and impossible to stop. The closure however is intact as is the integrity of the whiskey . This bottle is otherwise in mint condition. A true unicorn.
