Lihnos Vidiano is a dry white wine with aromas of peach, pear and vanilla. Vidiano is a local grape variety common on the western side of Crete. It was aged briefly in oak barrel, on the lees, for 6 months before bottling. Lihnos is named after the old oil lamps used in the cellar. Pair with steamed mussels and garlic.
