Dibaldo AG Artisan Dry Gin

This gin is from Rimini, a seaside town on the Adriatic Coast. The town is famous for its nightlife and, for movies fans, it is Federico Fellini's home town! The botanicals used, reflect the Mediterranean typical flowers and fruits. As Dibaldo says, "this gin is a perfume to wear on the palate"! In fact the botanical in this gin are the same ones used in perfumery. AG is the silver symbol in the Table of Elements! The producer wanted to symbolize freshness and crispness. Juniper aromas and flavors are present but not overwhelming. They are followed by white flowers and citrus peel. A hint of ginger completes the experience! Perfect to be sipped by itself or in a Gin and Tonic garnished, as Dibaldo suggests, with a rosemary twig!
