Maison Ferrand has wasted no time pushing the limits since they landed in Barbados, and have very quickly transformed what had been a historic but overlooked distillery into one of the most relevant and exciting in the world. The extreme series represents some of the best rums and rarest casks in the range with Ferrands own magic touch added to each one. This release feature spirit distilled in 2007 on the historic Gregg Pot Still and column still. Aged initially on the island, the rum underwent an additional decade plus of Continental aging including over 2 years in Ferrand Cognac Casks. Bottled with zero dosage and natural cask strength. One of the finer rums out there. Limited to 2,856 bottles for the world.
