Winemaker Daphne Glorian comes from Paris, was trained in Burgundy, and now calls Gratallops home. This dry red blend of Garnatxa, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon comes from some of her younger vines, and the wine was aged in large oak vats, conrete, used oak barrels, and amphorae. This medium-bodied red is light on its feet, with finesse, aromatics, and savory notes. Pair with llangonissa amb fesols.
