Named for the family matron who took over the estate's winemaking when her relatives went to fight in the Franco-Prussian war, this dry white is made in her honor. The estate has been crafting superb wine for more than 400 years, and is firmly a Bordeaux for those who do not drink it. Pair with Arcachon Oysters Rockefeller.
