Eddie Chami was born and raised in Australia, studied winemaking at UC Davis and has now returned to his families ancestral roots in Lebanon where he is making exceptional wines at his estate, Mersel. Here we find Lebanon's very first sparkling Pét-Nat, branded as "LebNat'. From 80% Sangiovese, and 20% Merwah, the signature light-skinned grape variety of Lebanon. This wine is bursting with fresh red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of savory herbals. The delicate natural bubbles leaves graceful room for mineral earth and subtle salinity to refresh the pallet. But at the end of the day this is a delicious and crushable glass. Ready for the park or any other day of fun in the sun. Pair with friends and snacks!
