This blend of Negramoll, Listán Negro, and a touch of Listán Blanco comes from three seperate parcels of vines over 100 years old in La Corujera. Part of the wine underwent carbonic maceration, and the rest fermented in open-top fermenters. These were blended and the wine spent 8 months aging in neutral French oak. Pair this medium-bodied, savory, mineral dry red with rabbit stew in tomato sauce with salt potatoes.
