Made at the historic and now sole operating distillery on this island, this is the top of their range, made on their 1984 Coffey Still in a style meant for long aging and complex flavors. All the spirit for this release was drawn from the 2009 vintage and after aging for 11years in Bourbon Barrels, it was finished in European oak casks that had held Irish Whiskey for nine months. Endless layers of tropical fruits, spices, patisserie notes and more unfold on the palate with each sip.
