Wow, these are new and interesting flavors. Made from pickeled cherry blossoms that undergo a sous vide process to retain the full purity of ther flavors. The concentrate is infused with locally made neutral spirit. This clearly rings out for applications with gins, vodkas, aquavits, genevers, agave and more but there is clearly room for plenty of creativity as well.
