This dry red blend is made of 50% Gamay Noir, and 50% Pinot Noir from the eastern shore of Seneca Lake. The grapes were foot-trodden, and whole cluster fermented. Aging took place in 20 year-old French oak barrels for 11 months. Pair this red-fruited, sweet-spiced red with medium structure with braised duck with currant sauce.
