Nittnaus’ zesty Pinot Blanc comes from vineyards to the northeast of Lake Neusiedl, planted in the area’s sandy clay. Fermented spontaneously and aged ten months in stainless steel on its fine lees. Dry on the palate yet fruity and mineraled. Pair with schnitzel.

The Austrian Burgenland region is a great environment for winegrowing: a lot of sunshine in the day, cool nights, and proximity to large bodies of water. This last geographical factor helps to cool off summer days and warm up winter ones. This wine region is also famous for its sweet dessert wines. Production of this wine is biodynamic and the producers are part of the "respect BIODYN" organization. You can enjoy fresh aromas of lemons, apples, and grapefruit on the nose, followed by herbal and stone fruits flavors such as peach, everything well supported by a crisp minerality. The finish is dry, clean, and long. Full of flavors, this wine can be paired with grilled chicken and Thai food!
