Christophe Mignon is a brilliant produce who for over 2 decades has dedicated himself to biodynamic production. The cycles of both his farming and cellar practices are attuned around the rhythm of the moon cycle which plays a prominent part in the art on each bottle produced. Always a blend of two vintages, both 100% Meunier, aged two years in bottle with no dosage this wine showcases all the best characteristics of the varietal. Bright apricot, a touch of spice, and a rich palate lead to an ever so elegant bright, and mineral driven finish leaving you craving more with every sip. For the fans of Meunier Champagnes this is a brilliant buy for any occasion.
