From an old vine parcel up to 80 years old, this is entirely made from the very rare Gamay Teinturier. Whole cluster fermentation, 15 day maceration, and fermentation takes place in old 225L barrels for 12 months. Dark, mediuim-bodied, with musky and dark fruits, this has no SO2 added. Pair with pork rillettes, cornichons, and crusty bread.
