Vinho Rosé, Luis Pato

Vinho Rosé, Luis Pato - 2005

Item # 47356 750 mL

A very special saignée of Baga that was only made once. Considered too reductive and acidic to be released right away, it was cellared and ultimately forgotten about. Considerable bottle age has done wonders to this structured, full-bodied dry rosé with citrus and orchard fruits, and an array of savory and dried floral notes. Pair with duck rice with cilantro and fresh oranges.
