An impossibly old eau de vie, both in vintage and age. We have become accustomed to what Rochelt's forté is but it should never be taken for granted. They simply do things nobody else could do. The plums for this super spirit come exclusively from the 2009 vintage and the eau de vie was subsuquently rested for 12yrs in open top glass demijhons in the attic cellars at the estate. A deeply profound spirit.
