Branko Cotar came to the winemaking world through running restaurants. His winery in the Kras, Carso in Italy, overlooks the Gulf of Trieste. This dry red is made entirely from Teran, it spends several years in barrel before bottling. Medium-bodied, with medium structure, it has no SO2 added. Pair with lamb stew.
