A family plot of Muscat was what originally called Marie-Charlotte back to her Corsican homeland from Paris to start making wine, as her ancestors had. This moëlleux-style sweet white sees a long fermentation, and 60 grams of residual sugar. Pair with Corsican sheep cheese.
