This blend of Imereti's 3 principal white grapes is traditionally made in qvevri, but is not a skin contact white. Instead, this medium-bodied dry white is fresh with beautiful citrus and acidity. Made naturally yet clean in taste, this superbly crafted dry white would pair well lobio and mchadi.

Fresh, fruity, umami? Yes please. This is a wine that is quite atypical of the style in terms of Georgian whites in that it is NOT an amber wine. With this not being aged on the skins it retains a certain clean, fresh fruit character. However, this is still Georgia so it does see aging in clay Qvevri pots which brings richness and a slight nutty oxidative character. This wine undergoes some malolactic conversion as well, which is adding a creamy, aged-cheese quality. This is almost a wine that contradicts itself, fresh citrus notes of lemon-lime and then a clear and distinct scent of aged Parmesean cheese. Pair this with a heaping plate of carbonara!
