Everything we have tasted from this burgeoning distillery out of Indianapolis has exceeded our expectations and after a series of 'works in progress' releases, this Twice Barreled flagship is a great way to aquaint yourself with them while they continue to put down whiskey. Aged for two years in new charred oak, the whiskey was then decanted and rebarrelled in fresh new oak casks for finishing really lifting the oak profile of this Bourbon and giving it a distinct interplay of sweet and spicy notes.
