Staff Pick Notes

Machato is a small production that started in 2016. Small areas of natural wines were created from the recovery of old vineyards and the help of native farmers. Toca Tierra is made from the indigenous grape País. The vineyard is situated in the Itata Valley on granite soil in a perfect environment for vine growing: the area enjoys the cooling pacific coastal influence and sun and warmth because of the protection from the Andes mountains to the East. Tannic in its structure and with a pleasant smoky quality, this is a very interesting wine. Dark fruits and spicy notes complete a very pleasant drinking experience.
