An elegant expression of Loureiro, this Vinho Verde is made in a slightly richer style.The vines of 20 years of age on average, and grown in granitic soils. Fermentation with wild yeast takes place in stainless steel, and aging takes place on the lees for 5 months. The aromatics are citrus and floral, with racing acidity. Pair this medium-bodied dry white with mussels and garlic rice.
