Staff Pick Notes

A still wine from Champagne? While less common than the usual sparkling options in the region this by no means takes away from the allure of this wine. A Chardonnay based gem that truly expresses the feel for la Vallee de la Marne. Aged a year in used Chablis barrels this wine is bolstered by a bracing minerality and acidity more common to its Burgundian counterpart, yet with a balance often overlooked. Again, this wine may not sparkle in a traditional sense but that doesn't mean it won't blow you away!
