The delightful wines from the Bugey Cerdon AOC are exclusively sparkling rosés made from the Gamay and Poulsard varietals. They are vinified using méthode ancestrale, which leaves the wines with a light perceptible sweetness. The Demi-Sec Rosé, Domaine de la Dentelle is made with organic practices and is a 50/50 blend of Gamay and Poulsard. It is light and easy drinking, with lightly sweetened fresh strawberry notes and a pleasant mousse. At 8% alcohol, it's a perfect wine to throw in with an hors d'oeuvres course!
