From vines grown in Kimmeridgian soils, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from the village of Morogues in Menetou-Salon. It is both fermented and aged in both used oak, and in stainless steel tank. With a slight oak influence, the intense citrus and minerals shine through. Lees aging gives this more of a medium body, and this will pair well with smoked whitefish salad.
