Unlike many of the very light and easy-drinking Jacquère from the Savoie, this bottling from the Dupasquier siblings gets the royal treatment. Fermented with native yeasts, aged in neutral oak barrel on the lees for at least one year, and it sees another 18 months aging in bottle. The result is still the fresh and vibrant dry white wine typical of the region, but with a richness and concentration of flavor that is unparalleled. Pair with a nice Alpine cheese plate, trout, or roasted chicken.
