Cinsault is one of the great red grapes that you rarely see made as a single varietal wine. This one is exemplary: fresh and lithe tannins, vibrant fruit and accessibility on the palate. From vines planted in clay and limestone soils. The grapes were partially destemmed. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks. Genius with ribs.
