Recioto di Soave is a dessert wine made from the loca white grape called Garganega. After harvest, the grapes are dried for 6 months before pressing the grapes and fermenting. This is a delectably sweet white wine with a freshness that comes from the volcanic soils which permeate the region. Excellent with a cheese plate.
