We could only say yes to this Barbera as it's made in a passito fashion where the grapes were left to partially dry before fermenting. This adds a delightful concentration, gently sweet on the palate. A full-bodied red wine to pair with rich stews and meat dishes. Fermented in tank and then partially (30%) aged in older oak casks.
