This comes from a .92 ha parcel in the Vau de Vey vineyard which in local parlance means "little valley". Planted in 1983 on steep slopes that are southeast-facing. Hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented spontaneously in used Burgundy barrels. Aged on the lees for a year and bottled unfiltered with a minimal addition of sulphur.
