Another 100% agave spirit from Chihuahua, a mezcal of the north in otherwise sotol country, made by Master Vinatero Tavi in November of 2019. A healthy dose of chiles and spices are at the core of this spirit balanced beautifully by hints of lime blossoms, carmelized agave, and citrus pith. A nuanced and terroir focused spirit. Only 54 liters produced for the entire batch!
