Made at this independent artisan distillery in Galilee, the foundation for this exceptional gin is a grape based eau de vie made from local wine and for the first time ever, each of the 12 botanicals are 100% fresh and local, many foraged in the wild. Some of the botanicals include local juniper berries, citron peels from Kfar Chabad and tangerines from the Western Galilee, wild carrots, local coriander and bay leaves, bramble and myrtle. Each botanical is distilled separately and then the blend is built meticuolously step by step. Not to be missed.
