A cloudy, unfiltered white wine made from 100% Müller-Thurgau. Lush and aromatic, a delicious wine to enjoy with seafood. From 30 year old vines planted to .3 hectares of calcareous clay soils. Harvested in mid-September with fermentation lasting for six weeks and time on lees for six months. The estate was started in 1846 and is now hosting the 6th generation.

Boden Funk translates to sound waves and is used to represent the wines connection to the terroir or sense of place. Muller Thurgau is a cross of Reisling and Madeline Royale. This is a fun fruity wine perfect for an at home `happy hour. This one is unusual in that they ask you to shake it up and serve the grape sediment in every pour to enhance the tart lemony and green apple flavors. This wine also displays just a touch of funky vegetal and saline notes on the finish. Great with seafood even better with root vegetables
