In the continuation of their novel Irish oak series, this special limited release from Ireland's premier distiller of whiskies comes from stocks aged from 16-36yrs in virgin Irish Oak barrels. Each cask was fashioned from trees harvested in the Knockrath forest that had grown on average for 150 years. It should go without saying but this is an exquisite and complex whiskey.
