The Ochota Barrels project was conceived by Taras and Amber Ochota as a way to produce small batches of premium single vineyard wines. This is made from Grenache grapes planted in pure limestone and schist soils. The fruit is vibrant, fresh and clearly marked with the mineral aspect of the soils.
