It is amazing to see 19th Century distillers continue to experiment with new creations, and sometimes,like here, the results can be surprising and incredibly tasty in unexpected ways. Distilled from local rice and aged for 6yrs in ex-sherry casks prior to being finished in rare new Acacia Wood Casks, this whisky was bottled as a one-off single barrel at a natural strength of 42.4% abv.
